  • Custom or personalized items may take longer to process.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time varies by destination, typically 7-15 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, customs delays, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, location, and shipping method.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders above 1000/- for Domestic order only
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
