1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please Whatsapp us with your order details.

3. Cancellation Charges

• If the order is canceled before processing, you will receive a full refund.
• If the order is already processed but not shipped, a small processing fee may be deducted.
• Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

4. Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

• Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. Automatic Order Cancellations

BhaktiVastra reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

• Payment failure or incomplete transactions.
• Incorrect or unverifiable shipping information.
• Unavailability of stock or unforeseen circumstances.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions.
